I am currently tutoring at NumberWorksnWords Pennant Hills and have been doing so for the past year. This involves tutoring four students per hour in Maths from K – 10 and also lesson planning after the lesson.
My understanding of the subjects are concrete. I actively teach my sister and brother HSC Maths, Chemistry and Physics during my spare time.
My experience has allowed me to develop the necessary communication skills required to explain concisely various concepts and theory to students. It has also allowed me to understand how to relate to the students, allowing me to increase their confidence about their education.

I have also been a qualified teacher in the Army Cadet Corps since 2011, and reached the rank of Cadet Under Officer at this level I was also required to both plan the teaching of my subordinates and assess others teaching. I am an experienced maths tutor currently majoring in finance at the University of Sydney. I have been tutoring for 4 years and currently tutor 7 students from year 7 – 12 in maths through the Bankstown/Canterbury and Burwood. I am a recent graduate from the University of Sydney, having just completed a double degree in Chemical Engineering and Science. I’ve been tutoring Maths and Science subjects, up to HSC level, for a number of years now. As a lover of maths and science I find it incredibly rewarding when I can help students gain a greater appreciation of both.
I’m a Master of Commerce student studying at the University of Sydney who has had 3.5 years of tutoring experience across Mathematics and Science in coaching colleges as well as private tutoring.
