I am currently tutoring at NumberWorksnWords Pennant Hills and have been doing so for the past year. This involves tutoring four students per hour in Maths from K – 10 and also lesson planning after the lesson.
My understanding of the subjects are concrete. I actively teach my sister and brother HSC Maths, Chemistry and Physics during my spare time.
My experience has allowed me to develop the necessary communication skills required to explain concisely various concepts and theory to students. It has also allowed me to understand how to relate to the students, allowing me to increase their confidence about their education.
I love playing soccer, and I have been coaching kids at soccer for 3 years. One of my other passions is rock climbing. I love cooking and baking, and I play the guitar. I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to science, I love learning facts about the amazing creatures and places in the world.

I have been tutoring students from my school in the subjects of Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics at an HSC level, since my completion of year 12. I have also been a qualified teacher in the Army Cadet Corps since 2011, and reached the rank of Cadet Under Officer at this level I was also required to both plan the teaching of my subordinates and assess others teaching. I enjoy the intellectual challenge of teaching/tutoring and love those “I get it moments”.
I am a recent graduate from the University of Sydney, having just completed a double degree in Chemical Engineering and Science. I’ve been tutoring Maths and Science subjects, up to HSC level, for a number of years now. As a lover of maths and science I find it incredibly rewarding when I can help students gain a greater appreciation of both.
I’m a Master of Commerce student studying at the University of Sydney who has had 3.5 years of tutoring experience across Mathematics and Science in coaching colleges as well as private tutoring. My passion for these two subjects has allowed me to transfer my knowledge and examination tips to various students in their schooling endeavours. I love working with children, especially those who are shy, lack confidence, or need that extra little push. I consider my strengths to be the ability to be being able to really connect to both children and teenagers, at a personal level, where they feel confident enough with me to trust me and let me help them. I am a very happy, bubbly and fun person, and can make kids enjoy the time they spend with me.
