I am an experienced Tutor with a passion for education who has been living and tutoring in Berlin for the past two years. I enjoy finding new and innovative ways to support students study and to ensure that they are achieving their goals. I enjoy spending time with people and am very understanding of the challenges that students face. I excelled at all levels of the Australian education system, including at University, and feel confident and comfortable that I can help students to do the same.
In my time I like to pursue my artistic side and have recently been running art workshops for children and young adults, mostly in printmaking. I enjoy organizing public events for people to get together at and feel strongly that connecting with others is one of the most valuable ways to spend time. Hi! My name’s Ella and I love teaching. I’ve got experience tutoring English and French. I’ve also worked as a fencing coach, and have a decent amount of experience working with kids.
I have two degrees – a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne Uni (with majors in history and criminology) and an Associate Degree in Professional Writing and Editing from RMIT. I also graduated from high school in 2009 with a 96.55 ENTER score.
In my spare time, I’m a writer, editor and artist – my grammar is meticulous, my essay writing skills are well-honed, and I read more books than is probably healthy.
