About MeI’m a very outgoing and friendly Brazilian biologist who is passionate about science. Within the Biological Sciences, Microbiology and Mycology (Study of Fungi) are my main interests. During my academic career as a Biologist, I acted as a Supporting Lecturer for Biological Sciences, Food Engineering and Agriculture Engineering courses, which gave me the necessary knowledge to create theoretical and practical lectures and high quality material to both undergrad and graduate students at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. At this period, I developed the ability to teach using different skills and methods in order to provide effective learning for every student, taking in account their possible difficulties and particularities. I consider myself a very outgoing, understanding and friendly individual, which make me an ideal tutor for students with punctual questions or overall learning difficulties. I believe that my passion for the biological sciences stimulates the learning process and even inspire young students to pursue the academic and scientific areas and become the great scientists that our world highly demands nowadays. |
