Teaching Experience

From April 2012 until June 2013 I worked as a tutor with the Engage Education Foundation. Here I tutored VCE students individually (in both English Language and Literature), and was able to assist them with their individual questions and needs in the subjects. During my time at this company, I also worked on developing content for English Language seminars and practice exams.

After the tutoring program at Engage closed, I continued to tutor VCE students privately for the remainder of 2013.

In 2014, I have also worked with St. Vincent’s Institute for Education, as a teacher in their coaching program for the exams to enter selective schools. This involved teaching reading comprehension strategies to classes where the children ranged from Year 6 to Year 9.
