I have been engaged in the field of secondary school tutorship since 2013, while I was working as a multi-cultural educational aide in Shepparton High School in northern regional area of Victoria. I have tutored many students, most of whom were VCE students feeling struggled in mathematics or physics and I succeeded in promoting most of them at least 30% of their performances in those subjects. I have also worked as a Chinese instructor in the Victorian School of Language every Saturday since 2011 which provided me great opportunity to enhance my teaching skills and deepen my understanding on the education of adolescents during the classroom teaching practice. |
