I boarded in Scotch College from 2010 to 2012 (when I completed my VCE Studies), during which I played open level soccer (1sts, 2nds) and Tennis. Living on boarding taught me valuable lessons about managing social life with my studies. During my schooling career I also partook in extra-curricular Drama, having a large part in the composition of two plays which were performed at school.
I enjoy tutoring because of the satisfaction of knowing you established a repertoire with a student and ultimately was able to help them achieve. I function best when given the opportunity to interact with those with whom I work, and tutoring is a great basis for that.
My interests include sport, writing, travel.
I have been teaching full time as a Casual Relief Teacher in a Secondary School for the past 8 months after finishing my Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/ Bachelor of Sport and Outdoor Recreation with my main teaching methods being Psychology and Physical Education. I play basketball, netball, and football and have been a coach in the past. I am a sociable person and so work well with others. I have lived in Melbourne for the past 6 years, originally from country Victoria. I have travelled to many countries, gaining invaluable life experiences.
