About Me

I am a teacher at a school in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and have a deep passion for education and its emancipatory potential. In addition to my Masters of Teaching, I have a PhD in history and a first class honours in Political Science and literature and I also speak fluent Spanish. Before teaching I was a journalist and university tutor. In the time I get outside of teaching I enjoy reading, music and gardening.
