About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Sophie and I would love to help you improve your grades. I am currently in my second year of an Arts degree, majoring in criminology and minoring in French. I am hardworking, enthusiastic, and really enjoy learning. When I’m not at uni, you can find me with my head stuck in a book, running in the park, playing my violin, or daydreaming about my next overseas adventure.

I have quite a bit of previous experience tutoring high school students and teaching both English and German as a second language. With regard to essay writing, I can help you to understand the style of writing that’s required at university, how to research and reference your assignments, and how to deconstruct, interpret and respond to essay questions in a clear, structured manner. I have a very friendly and relaxed approach to tutoring and will try to accommodate your requests and needs to the best of my ability. My schedule is quite flexible and I am more than willing to work around your timetable.
