Teaching Experience

• In 2013, I tutored English to a Year 11 privately, whilst studying Year 12 English myself. With my help, this student managed to raise his grade from a C average to an A average. Both he and I agree that this was largely because of the careful and ongoing work we did together, in order to; firstly, identify his weakness, and secondly, do targeted exercises (that I designed) to work on specific problem areas.
• Further, I currently tutor in VCE Year 12 level Media, and Year 11 level German. The students I am tutoring are already displaying improvements in their respective subjects, even though I have only been working with them for approximately three months each. The steady improvement in their grades reflects their increasing understand of the subjects they are studying.
