Teaching Experience

I have been fortunate enough to work with some really great students over the last couple of years. I have mainly assisted and tutored students in Maths and Physics from years 6 to 12. Following is a brief description of 3 of my most recent tutoring clients and their achievements:

Year 6 Maths – Current
– Significant improvement in performance noticed by both the student and the teacher.
– Student was barely managing to pass prior to tutoring, but after just a month of hard work the student was achieving scores of upto and beyond 80% on a regular basis.
– Most rewarding part of the job has been seeing the student’s enthusiasm for maths grow exponentially.

Year 12 Physics – Current
– Long term client who has grown to enjoy the subject.
– Encouraged the student to engage with the subject and put in hard work to see great returns.
– Significant improvement in performance observed.

Year 8 Maths – 2013
– Significant improvement in performance.
– The student was barely managing to pass prior to tutoring but soon started achieving outstanding results, even topping the class in many assessments.
– Helped the student with timing issues by setting timed tests regularly.
– Helped the student engage with and enjoy the content.
